We believe that farming can be both sustainable and profitable at the same time.Our main 700ha farm near Paredones, in the O'Higgins district of central Chile is a showcase of modern and scalable forestry and permaculture techniques from Australia, California, and around the world.The main products of the farm are Hass, Endranol, and Negra de la Cruz avocado for the domestic and export markets as well as pine and eucalyptus timber for a variety of applications. We also run cattle, poultry, and other livestock on the property.To realise this project, in addition to basic roads and access, we have had to build the water infrastructure of the property with the construction of numerous dams for rain capture and water storage as well as a network of deep-water wells and conduction pipelines.We irrigate using sustainable rainwater capture with minimal groundwater which is gravity-fed through a state-of-the-art and completely off-grid pumped solar system.
