The New Friendship Community Outreach Centre, Inc. (NFCOC) a 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to serve people who are in need of help. The NFCOC was established expressly for the purpose of community outreach, education and referral for limited income families to area social service programs for food, clothing, health and nutrition counseling, housing assistance, public safety, wellness and to improve the overall quality of life in the South Dallas Fair Park area of Dallas, Texas. Our Mission To provide outreach to single men and women, the incarcerated, feed indigent persons and support caregivers of youth, couples and others by promoting wellness and addressing life enrichment needs of limited income families. Our Goal Our ultimate goal is to serve, improve, and enhance the quality of life of people in our community. Our Vision A community where every person is connected.
