Chicken farming in the heart of Sussex County NJ! We specialize in breeding endangered and rare breeds of poultry. We sell heritage and rare chicks, pullets, hens, roosters, and hatching eggs all year round. Ducks, geese and turkeys are also available at select times of the year. We currently serve residents of NJ, NY and PA but also ship our birds and hatching eggs across the country. New Jersey Chickens doesn't only sell beautiful rare chicks and chickens, we offer a wide range of services that allows even the most novice person have at least a pair of laying hens in their backyard. Can't brood your chicks? Use our chick raising service and we will grow them for you, you pick em, we raise em. Too many roosters? Use our rooster rehoming service and get rid of all your unwanted roosters.We strive to making chicken keeping as easy and fun for everyone of our customers. With all the beautiful rare breeds of chickens we sell and the many services we offer it's hard to find an excuse as to why you don't have at least two laying hens in your backyard.
