New Leaf Initiative is a coworking office and community hub in State College, Pennsylvania. What is coworking? Coworking is a style of work that involves a shared working environment, yet independent activity. Unlike the typical office environment, a coworking space is generally shared by individuals from different organizations and professions. It provides independent workers a place to get work done, meet clients and professionally "show up," both mentally and physically. Coworking also provides a social environment where individuals can work independently while still being part of a community of talented individuals with shared values and synergy. We serve the community in three distinct ways: Community Hub: Our primary purpose is to serve as a central portal in the community for those looking to get plugged in to the surrounding innovation ecosystem. Idea Accelerator: Our aim is to nurture transformational ideas from conception to implementation and connect those ideas with the right resources in our community. Shared Space: We provide a dynamic and innovative space for coworking, meetings, and events. The space is available for rent to both members and the general public. Open Hours – Members Monday – Thursday: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday: 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday – Sunday: closed Open Hours – General Public Monday – Thursday: 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday – Sunday: closed
