New Nordic Leadership Institute is an organic knowledge center based on co-creation and open innovation.We involve scholars, business people, and cultural personalities in the process of developing concepts of leadership and organization. Besides this, our platform is also articles, books, events, and conferences, supporting the expansion and implementation of a Nordic style of management.Our services help businesses and organizations implement nordic leadership and make their nordic brand visible.We have initiated a study of the culture of leadership in Nordic businesses. The main question of the study examines to what extend the Nordic businesses are characterized by certain parameters, which according to several studies (Globe Study, Institute of Futurology) are the most outstanding in Nordic Leadership culture. In our study we collect both qualitative and quantitative data from a number of businesses, altogether describing the baseline of what Nordic Leadership is, in the year 2014/15.
