New Orleans Dodgeball Association (NODA) is happy to serve the New Orleans area with some of the best dodgeball around. Dodgeball is one of the fastest growing rec sports in the world, with opportunities to travel for various tournaments and events.. Travel to Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Phoenix, and other places around the United States, and even other countries, in order to play against some of the other teams/leagues that represent dodgeball in their respective regions. NODA promises to bring the same level of fair play and competition to New Orleans, while ensuring a safe and fun environment for all involved. We will be primarily and INDOOR league that uses 8 inch RUBBER NO-STING balls. We use these balls to ensure that everyone can enjoy a fun and safe environment. If you are used to using only foam balls, this should be a quick and easy transition for you, as our balls are light and soft upon impact. A few fun facts about us: Open gyms (pickup games) will be held Leagues will typically last 10 weeks Matches are 50 minutes long There will be prizes to season champs, social champs, along with various other awards and prizes There will be bar sponsors with food and drink specials Great opportunity to meet new people and be active
