Full services architectural design specializing in healthcare and other commercial architecture. Founded in 1987 in Mobile Alabama, NSA has expanded its recognition by receiving national design award status. NSA designed a long term post acute care facility that placed fourth place in national design competition and was published in "Design Environments for the Aging" magazine. NSA was instrumental in the development of the Hoover Public Safety Center which houses the primary jail facilities, Police Department, Revenue, Fire Department, Building Inspections, Municipal Courts, Juvenile Detention, IT, Traffic Control, Fleet Services and Fueling Center as well as several other departments. This 400,000 sf former BellSouth warehouse won an award for the significant accomplishments by the AGC. NSA also won significant local recognition with the design of the Orthodontics South, PC office building for Dr. Brandon Boggan. This progressive office building was published in "Metal Building Developer" magazine and has also been featured on the metal siding manufacturer's website. NSA designed a 32,000 sf class "A" professional office building known as the C&M office building. The building is a two story office building with dual entrances and a center open atrium having a free standing monumental stairs.
