We accompany teams and organisations in becoming more diverse, just, and inclusive in 3 ways:- consultancy sessions for individuals or small groups to address pressing issues and spar ideas - long-term partnerships for systemic change which consists of research, designing change roadmap, support in implementing the roadmap, and tracking progress- workshops and courses to learn about and practice inclusive leadership, and building just and equitable relationships in the creative sector Our work is context sensitive and adapted to the specific needs of the people and organisations we work with, focused on deep and systemic change, and using creativity and imagination as tools for change. We are also designing TAIGA - transformational leadership program for women in arts and culture in Eastern Europe, and offer mentoring sessions for women in the cultural sector.
