The Senior Management team boasts a combined total of 40 years' experience in Main Contracting in and around the East Anglia region. Spanning Educational, Commercial, Industrial and Residential markets our teams are able to undertake any size or complexity of project on an individual and personal basis. With our experience and contacts in the region and the links with other Newall companies we are able to offer a turnkey package to our Clients which includes:- -Pre-construction advice on specifications, value engineering, logistics planning and programming -Cost planning; providing robust commercial advice using our local chain subcontractor base. -Professional management and execution of the works with a dedicated Contract Manager as a single point of contact from inception to defect free handover -Certified & Licensed Specialist Services -Industry Recognised Safety Accreditation -Robust Supply Subcontractor Supply Chain and our own employed trades and labour. -Ability to continue maintenance and management following completion
