Located in the heart of the historic Mansion Hill District of Newport (and right across the street from Pompilio's) is Newberry Bros. Coffee. Family owned and operated by Peter & Kim Newberry, Newberry Bros. Coffee features organic, fair trade coffee roasted on-site, with an espresso bar, fresh baked artisan breads and pastries. Customers can enjoy indoor and outdoor seating, or carry-out. Newberry Bros. Coffee also sells coffee wholesale to grocery stores, specialty shops, restaurants and cafés. The couple roast their coffee several times a week in small batches right in the front window, with the aroma of the freshly roasted coffee filling the neighborhood streets in a cloud of coffee-scented steam. Those of you who have never tasted fresh-roasted coffee will be in for a fabulous treat. Coming Soon!! Later this summer the Newberrys will expand their business and open a wine bar featuring wine selections from around the world, available by the glass or by the bottle, along with weekend wine tasting events and an assortment of hand-crafted cheese.
