Founded in 2015, NewGen Marketing Group began almost by accident when founder and serial entrepreneur Kitab "Kit" Ali was launching a tutoring services company and hit a brick wall when it came to online outreach options and existing Facebook advertising services. The competition was a collection of some of the world's largest tutoring franchises with corporate marketing teams and unlimited resources. Traditional marketing methods were proving unreliable and expensive. Being a highly experienced user of social media in his previous life as an executive search consultant, Kit developed the concept of the "Social Push" and applied it to his own business. Within a year, Tutoring Experts has grown into a thriving business. Noticing the phenomenal success of Tutoring Experts, friends and local business owners began reaching out to Kit for advice on developing their own social media strategies, hence NewGen Marketing Group was formed.
