Newport Properties provides full Development Management services for corporate and high net worth individuals (throughout the Bahamas and Caribbean). See our services page for more detailed information. Our history includes over 30 years of construction, development and real estate experience throughout North America through ownership and management of companies in those areas of expertise. We are currently focusing our efforts in the Bahamas. Real estate background includes land acquisition, assembly, and development as well as our own Real Estate companies in Canada involved primarily in residential and commercial real estate. Development through various privately held development companies in Canada, Anguilla and the Bahamas. Development projects include high end residential and commercial projects in western Canada, and the Bahamas. Construction background is extensive in all industries. A complete resume is available but our companies were very active in Industrial and Institutional construction including hospital, airport, university buildings, Resort projects including hotels, ski facilities, golf clubs, Residential including multifamily, high rise and high end custom homes throughout North America and now in the Bahamas Moving forward we are fully committed to Developing, Designing and Building Green ensuring the future sustainability and environmental protection of the Bahamas for future generations.
