Principal Matt Carlson has developed and executed strategic public relations programs and defined, tactical communications projects for clients. Matt has done this directly for end-user clients, as the contracted PR wing of a marketing communications firm or as a contracted account person at a major PR firm. (Major firms: GolinHarris, Edelman, Ketchum Public Relations, Porter-Novelli and L.C. Williams & Associates)Matt was previously employed full-time by three major public relations agencies. As a journalist, Matt has extensive reporting experience with national news services, national magazines and major daily newspapers. Through contracted work for the Associated Press and several periodicals, he currently writes more than 200 news and features stories per year.
