We are a Spin-off at the University of Padova and our mission started back in 2017.Our research has led us to the formulation of a tailored numerical solution for power converters applications, which is extremely efficient and precise. This has successfully enabled the capability of our software to operate industrial drives in the range of several kHz. Further, our software has been framed in order to rapidly tune and adapt the formulation subject to the requirements of the customer, drastically reducing the development cycle from simulation to deployment on real hardware.Since the model predictive control is a general approach for solving optimization problems in real-time, we offer also auxiliary functionalities of diagnostic, such as the estimation of quantities which are not directly measurable (e.g. torque at the shaft, harmonics in the system) and the early detection of potential failure on the drive. For the latter purpose, our company proposes also the employment and manipulation of measured data for building a hybrid statistical model to enhance the robustness of the overall control system.
