As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker, I can offer you workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John's proven leadership methods. Working together, I will move you and/or your team or organization in the desired direction to reach your goals.I am a native Texan and graduate of the University of Houston. I was a trainer for UH athletics and participated on numerous championship teams. In 1984, I started my own Allstate Agency. In 2002, I fulfilled one of my lifelong goals when I sold my agency and went full time into ministry with Good Hope MBC. While there, I managed a 4.5 million dollar construction project, The Center for Hope. I also established systems for the day to day business operations. I discovered a need small business owners had in developing and growing their businesses. Hoping to fill the need, I created, Next Level Business Coaching to create viable businesses that could compete and deliver on time and on budget. During this time, I discovered a talent for engaging and encouraging others through speaking to groups of non-profits, business leaders and executives. My non-threatening demeanor has allowed me to effectively communicate to large audiences. I am now bringing this experience as I partner with the John Maxwell Team where I help business owners, executives and non-profits. I help in the development and growth of the whole person. I use many of the tools that assisted me in training some of the world's best athletes while at the University of Houston like; deduction, intuition, humor, and creativity. I am also Board President for the Third Ward Community Cloth, a non-profit serving Greater Houston and I played an important role in the Katrina relief effort.Contact Me.
