Next Tier Esports is the Northern Territory's first dedicated esports organisation. It was originally established early 2015 as "NT Esports" by David Moore (Founder & Co-Owner) as a necessary step to bringing esports into the Northern Territory with the overall objective of expanding its growth and popularity in Australia. Underneath this core value, the mission of NT Esports was simple, that is to give local gamers a chance to experience and compete in esports. While a simplistic goal, the work that went into pioneering the movement in the Territory was far from simple and included many sleepless nights and countless hours of volunteer assistance in order to provide community a wide range of live events, school programs, community and social events, as well as seasonal and online tournaments. Evolving from NT Esports, Next Tier Esports comes from humble beginnings with the simple concept to give local gamers a chance to experience and compete in esports. This has expanded to offer the community a wide range of services including live events, school programs, community events and social events, as well as seasonal and online tournaments. Next Tier Esports prides itself on putting events on for both gamers and spectators whilst introducing the exciting genre to the public who may not have seen or experienced esports before. Next Tier Esports also offers a unique sponsorship program for local businesses, providing the option for these businesses to assist with events or seasons while also gaining exposure for their own products and services. Now with a permanent venue in place, Next Tier Esports continues to grow at an extraordinary rate and is set to be one of the fastest growing scenes to hit the Northern Territory!
