nextgen Contracting is a new company but with lots of experience behind it. We pride ourselves with hiring the best staff that not only have tons of knowledge but are able to train and teach to our newer staff members in order to create a set of standards and best practices that ultimately shows in our top quality work to our customers. As well, having great relationships with our sub-contractors, suppliers, vendors and yes even our competition. We believe in the next generation of young trades people, promoting diversity in the construction industry and not just working with but training our nextgen of trades men & women. By hiring well experienced staff & mentors we are able to help prepare not only our company but our industry to train our newer staff and have talented people in the years to come.Working with local trades colleges, women in trades groups and government immigration services is part of our mandate to ensure that we can obtain our goal of diversity but ensure that everyone we hire can learn, grow and have a bright future no matter what their situation background is.We pride ourselves as well as being safe, honest and trustworthy to the best we can be. This means we are fully insured with $5M general liability as well all of employees go through a complete safety program & security check process which includes; Child Abuse Registry, Criminal Record Check and special government security clearances for our projects that require them.
