NextStep Property Solutions is located in Denver and specializes in investment oriented acquisitions and dispositions of metro-area real property. Ed Prather, a Colorado native, founded the company early in 2010 in the hopes of helping investors implement both long term and short term investment strategies. Andrew Valdez joined the Next Step team in 2011. His background in development and urban planning brings contextual knowledge of the city necessary to identify investment grade opportunities. We are constantly looking for opportunities that make sense for investment. We strive to facilitate investors in whichever strategy best fits their needs whether that be short or long term position.
