nexstepAR is a UX Design consultant and Augmented Reality Specialist located in St Louis Park, MN. We specialize in crafting detailed UX Strategies for enterprise clients. Part of many UX strategies we create involve deploying emerging technologies where it is determined to be valuable.One of our products is DigiExpert, an Augmented Reality platform that aims to revolutionize training and save industries that are on the precipice of disaster. It runs on iOS and Android, and works by overlaying 3d models on top of components along with animations and written directions. A technician simply needs to point their phone's camera at their workstation and the easy to understand directions and animations will walk them through a fix or installation. The platform can be used in a classroom setting to introduce students to some of the fixes they will have to address, or can be used by an experienced technician to aid in job completion.
