Nfluence Analytics offers a predictive analytics solution originally developed by a team of data scientists and researchers at the University of Southern California and the University of Minnesota that detects a new signal within a company's customer database: word-of-mouth advocates. Marketers have long struggled to quantify word-of-mouth marketing and our algorithm is the first to solve this problem - fundamentally shifting how marketers calculate total customer lifetime value (CLTV).By using marketers' sales data, we can predict with a high degree of accuracy which consumers within a marketing eco-system will advocate through word-of-mouth prompting others to spend or take an action.
