"Substratum" is non-governmental organization active in the field of culture in Lithuania. NGO is established in 2010. NGO "Substratum" seeks the spread of contemporary art and electronic music and the decentralization of cultural life in Lithuania and wants to collaborate with other NGOs, galleries and artist from Lithuania and Europe active in cultural sphere. NGO involves young creative people and artists from Lithuania, organizes events, exhibitions, workshops, lectures and seminars in order to implement its goals.
