With 35 years of working experience, 25 Years as Project/Operations and Site Management in the construction industry, with positive thinking and goal settings. Gained a reputation for making the right choices on key decisions that have benefited the projects and clients. Brought them to completion timeously and within budget. This has gained my respect in the industry. My prior work experience has given me a strong sense of client service and a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace, planning, budgets cost and execution of projects. I am constantly maintaining industry awareness and monitoring the movement. I make a point of keeping in touch with the latest developing, property agents and financiers in the industry. Ensuring that the highest standards of quality, customer service, and Health and Safety are adhered to. Managing, monitoring and motivating those who are working with me to increase productivity to ensure efficiency. Being able to greet customers warmly and then quickly find out what their needs are.
