National Housing Development Organisation (NHDO), is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) constituted to promote the vision and scheme of Government of India and to contribute to the implementation of "Housing for All by 2022" and a "Slum Free India" in a time bound manner. "Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY)" launched in 2015– is the landmark vision of our Hon'ble Prime Minister, Shri. Narendra Modi that seeks to ensure "Housing for All by 2022". This is an initiative of the Government of India to provide affordable, sustainable and inclusive housing needs to the people of India.
