Niagara Robotics Details
Niagara Robotics is home to team QuickStrike 6978. QuickStrike is a team of high school aged students from all over the Niagara Region who compete in the FIRST Robotics Competitions. The students are lead by our team of experienced mentors from a variety of backgrounds to to apply the skills they learn in the classroom to the hands-on process of designing, building, programming, and driving their robot. We are also home to two FIRST Robotics Lego League Teams, the Niagara Rattlers and the Niagara Vipers. This program, lead by experienced mentors as well, uses Lego to teach the basics of building and programming to students in grades 4 to 8.We are also currently working to create a Jr. Lego League Team for students in grades 1 to 4. For this program to run we are currently seeking mentors with a passion for S.T.E.M. Our programs are open to all students in the Niagara Region.
