I provide the following services on a project, fractional or advisory-based engagement: UX research and insights, product and design leadership, strategy, consulting/ advisory - for products, systems and services. I work with a variety of organizations and businesses including early stage, growth, late stage / unicorn startups, to Enterprise Technology companies, + more - HealthTech/MedTech, EdTech, FinTech, CleanTech, eCommerce, Legal, Energy/Utilities. Organizations: Design + Tech agencies/consultancies, Education/eLearning, eCommerce, Future of work, Healthcare, Airports, Government.Via human-centered design, I strive to designing products and services that have a positive impact on the world. I've been designing digital (+ other) experiences for 18+ yrs. I'm a long time advocate of UX research, interaction and service design, and a dedicated mentor of design skills. Running my own consultancy has exposed me to many industry projects. I have worked both in-house and agency/ consultancy-side, acquiring in-depth experience.
