Nice Guy Computer Service was started by Michael Salafia in 2009. He started the business because he saw a neighbor with one of those large tech company trucks in her driveway for a few days. When he asked what she had worked on she said that they have not been able to get her wireless network setup and they kept sending techs to her house and were charging her for each visit. Thinking that wasn't fair and not a nice practice he asked if he could take a look, within minutes she was up and running. Most people don't need (or want) a technician from a large impersonal company coming into their home (often times, not even explaining what they are doing). With over 15 years' experience, Mr. Salafia will take the time to explain what he is doing and not over charge.
