Our fruitcake is based on a traditional boiled method to produce a rich moist flavour. Our other flavours include a rich chocolate cake, a traditional sponge, or carrot cake.Nicely Iced also appeared in the first ever 'green wedding fair,' so we are also pleased to be able to offer our customers 90% organic fair-trade cakes. Please remember that while everything you see on the site has been made by us, each design has been designed specifically to cater for a single customer's specification.
