Nick Milkovich Architects Inc. is a well-recognized design studio with an extensive catalogue of diverse projects. Established in 1991 in Vancouver, Canada, the firm emerged out of the reorganization of Arthur Erickson Architects. Having worked in collaboration with Arthur Erickson since 1968, founder and principal Nick Milkovich has set the firm to carry forward the design approach which has earned his mentor an eminent position in architectural practice.The firm undertakes projects of any type which lend themselves to creative and precedent-setting design solutions. Our guiding objective is to let the project conditions speak as the work unfolds, to interpret and design without any limiting preconceptions. We believe that it is through this awareness that the most imaginative and appropriate design solutions are disclosed.Working locally and internationally, the practice offer professional services in architecture, urban design, and interior design for all levels of government, institutions, corporations, developers and private clients. The firm is pleased to have received AIBC Awards for Excellence in Architecture for the Waterfall Building in Vancouver, BC, and the Museum of Glass in Tacoma, WA.
