Nicklin CE Ltd is a land development consultancy, providing specialist advice and project management, under the direction of Dave Timms and Ciaran Murphy. Nicklin Surveying and Resource Management was established by Grant Nicklin in Cambridge in 1990 and has developed a sound knowledge and reputation in the area over the last 30 years. Cambridge Environmental was established in 2011 providing land development and environmental project services to the Waikato region; later merging to become Nicklin CE.Dave is a Registered Professional Surveyor working in this area of professional expertise as the director of DT Land Development since 1988. Dave has developed a reputation for integrity and innovation over this time and is known for his civil engineering expertise and his determination in finding the best solution for his clients. Ciaran joined the organisation in 2015, after returning to New Zealand from the offshore refinery industry where he developed a specialist knowledge in precision construction surveying and monitoring. Ciaran is a Licenced Cadastral Surveyor with over 12 years experience in surveying and development having first worked with Dave back in 2007. Ciaran is an experienced project manager with a passion for innovation and what technologies can provide for our clients.
