NICO LAZARIDI is widely recognized as one of the leading companies that have contributed most to the creation of a whole winemaking area: Drama, Greece. With love and respect for the wine and through the efforts of the company's people since 1987, the richness of the Drama vineyard is promoted and its potential has expanded.The headquarters of the company since 1997 are situeted at the CHATEAU NICO LAZARIDI winery in the local community Agora of the Prefecture of Drama. The winery is built in the middle of the central vineyard, where we follow integrated cultivation methods with full respect for the environment. The building's unified complex, includ production, wine making, bottling, storage, wine cellars, offices, tasting and teaching areas as well as the famous "Magic Mountain" gallery with paintings that have decorated the famous icon wine. In addition to the gallery, there are works of art in almost all areas of the winery, testifying to Nico Lazari's close ties with artistic expression.CHATEAU NICO LAZARIDI Winery produces wines with Protected Geographical Indication of Drama and Agora: the wine "families" Perpetuus, Magic Mountain, Cavalieri Lazaridi, Château Nico Lazaridi, the red dry wine F-eὖ, the roasted natural sweet Melissourgos wine and the white and rose semi-bubbly wine Solitaire.With the aim of exploiting the products of the wider Macedonian land and the creation of modern quality wines, in 2000 the MACKEDON winery was builded in the municipal district of Platanotopos, on the outskirts of Mount Paggaion, in the Prefecture of Drama. Here we produce more modern wines, under the Protected Geographical Indication "Paggaio" and "Macedonia": the family Lion D'Or, the Black Sheep, Queen and King of Hearts
