Nicola LogWorks is a "multi-discipline" log home builder (handcrafted) and timber framing company whose production site is located in Merritt BC, Canada. We specialize in post and beam log houses, dovetail chinked-system log houses as well as custom large log lathing and specialty joinery (typically for architectural and structural purposes).Our expertise with massive log and timber joinery, rigging and lifting has also catapulted John Boys and the crew of Nicola LogWorks into the commercial arena - where our skills are in high demand for the assembly of CLT (cross-laminated-timber) and glu-lam multi-story wood and all-wood buildings.We are an early adopter and champion of 3D CAD technology, and believe strongly that a truly successful project be it either residential or commercial, is only possible through the communication and pre-planinng of a cooperative design/build team that includes the Owner, Contractor, Architect/Designer, Engineer and Sub-Trades.
