Nicole's Home is a Western style early education institution which got it's start in Haikou, China. We are dedicated to providing top quality education to kindergarten aged children through our qualified and vetted Western teachers who are aided by our experienced Chinese teaching assistants. What makes us unique from all of the other Western schools in China is our management structure. Most Chinese-English schools are Chinese lead, which doesn't help with the learning process for the children or the adaptation process for western hemisphere teachers. Our Vice President of Operations is Californian born, Steven Dearholt, who has lived in China for the better part of a decade. His job is to facilitate a smooth transition between western styles and Chinese styles of teaching and business in order to ensure all parties involved feel a sense of belonging and happiness.
