Membership of the APS is recognised under the CDM Regulations as one way of indicating competence for Principal Designers. APS is the leading body in the field of construction project health and safety.The Company Managing Director, Nigel Lynch, has achieved RICS Expert Witness Accreditation in Building Surveying, Dilapidations and Commercial Property. RICS accredited expert witnesses are formally assessed and qualified to rigorous RICS standards, and have been recognised by RICS as expert in their subject fields and in their duties to court and clients.
