NightOwl is founded and led by experienced and highly qualified maternity nurse/nanny, Carmen Henry.Carmen studied Social Care at Kilburn Sixth Form College and then went on to undertake a host of further qualifications including: BTEC Diploma in Childcare, Maternity Nursing, the Care of Multiples, Postnatal Depression, Sleep Training, Breastfeeding & Paediatric First Aid.As well as Carmen's professional qualifications, she has over 23 years hands on experience of providing maternity and nanny services to hundreds of families and children. Her duties have ranged from newborns & toddlers to caring for a family of four, with ages ranging from newborn up to ten years old. She is well experienced in caring for children's social, intellectual and emotional needs as well as their physical requirements for healthy food and exercise.
