NIJ Electronic Crime Technology Center of Excellence Details
The NIJ ECTCOE was established to build the Electronic Crime Prevention & Investigation and the Digital Evidence Collection & Examination capacity of State & Local Law Enforcement through the research, development and evaluation of existing and emerging tools, technologies & training. The ECTCOE staff and Technical Working Group members are Electronic Crime, Digital Evidence and Criminal Justice Subject Matter Experts representing Law Enforcement, Academia and the Private Sector working together to identify and develop solutions to the challenges these technologies present to the administration of criminal justice.
