We recently performed the financial and technical assessment of the new 900 million dollar ship building facility at Pipavav, India on behalf of BTMU Capital.• The technical audit (USD1.2M) of the marine assets for a merger of marine assets in Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Dubai and Abu Dhabi• Assessment of shipyards and consulting services on the layout of shipyards.• Due diligence audits on behalf of prospective purchasers of companies.
