We are a scrumptiously unique retail and wholesale bakery, dedicated to making pie and pastry from the freshest possible ingredients, using locally sourced and organic products. Our menu changes frequently, following the seasons....and our occasional whims. We make fruit pies, custard and cream pies, savory pot pies, quiches and galettes, turnovers, handpies, and pastries of all kinds. It's our passion. From the classic Apple Pie to our Vanilla Buttermilk Custard. From Organic Roasted Chicken Pot Pies to our Curried Cauliflower & Sweet Potato Tart in whole wheat puff pastry, our products are made from scratch, in-house, with fresh, wholesome ingredients you can trust. You can order on-line to pick up at one of our pick-up locations in Fremont or Union City, or you can stop in our shop to see what's new and exciting.
