Timmy Tickle Baby is a distraction app designed to compliment the Nipper Clipper - the latest nail care invention from Tom Pellereau, Winner of the Apprentice 2011 (and more importantly my brother). We hope the app will help keep babies calm and distracted while parents clip their nails.Timmy Tickle a loveable and ticklish octopus who loves to play and learn. The app also features a stunning paint section, where children can colour Timmy's adventures.
