A shelter for children that have been victims of sexual, physical and psychological abuse and living in extreme poverty.Our goal is to give these children a home that enables them to break the cycle of abuse they have been subjected to, and inspire them to live joyful, loving and peaceful lives, so that one day they will we empowered to live with respect, morals and values and be the leaders of tomorrow.Our Vision is to develop healthy and happy individuals that not only respect and love each other but also have the same values for the environment and all living beings.Our Country, Our World, We are all One.Colombia it's a unique country, beautiful and magical yet filled with tragedy. That is what makes our people resilient, hard workers and strong individuals that hope for a better tomorrow. We have been stroked by violence in many ways but none has affected us so deeply and to the core than domestic and sexual violence. It has affected many of our children who are now abandoned and vulnerable, living in the streets malnourished and with no chance for education. This children with no guidance and support are left with no choice but to live as delinquents, sexual workers and drug addicts and end up in a dark world surrounded by more violence.We are presented with the wonderful opportunity to do something about it, support and love this children so that instead of being in the street they become the leaders of tomorrow and end the violence cycle by teaching love and peace.Children are the vital force of our world and that is why we founded Kids for a New Planet, it is our wish for these children to love this earth as much as we do and to support us achieve the world we want: happy, loving and united in peace.
