Growing portfolio by 25% in last 12 months; 31 Investors & 100 + units rented past season.Maintaining lease renewals and projection of future rental opens.Maintain a high occupancy rate for all Portfolio Investors for the last 3 years.Oversee all finances of the company along with allocating budgets and company policies.Responsible for the hiring and retention of all company personnel.Continuously research the market to get top market rental value for all investors.
