My name is Niall Flynn and I'm the founder of NJF Translation. I'm a translator and interpreter from the north of England, originally from Altrincham and currently based in Leeds.I provide a range of language services in French, Spanish, Portuguese and my native English. I'm a professional and qualified linguist with a BA First Class Honours degree in Modern Languages and an MA in Conference Interpreting and Translation Studies. I'm also an Associate of the Institute of Translation and Interpreting (AITI).I work with individual clients, small companies, international organisations and translation agencies in providing a wide array of linguistic services. I have translated more than 550,000 words in my three years as a full-time professional translator, covering diverse subject areas including law, marketing, business and finance, medicine, engineering, economics, journalism, sport, international affairs, human rights, and travel and tourism.With experience of translating for the United Nations, my specialist domains include international relations, human rights, geopolitics and diplomacy. As an avid sports fanatic with a lifelong passion for football, I also count sport among my specialist fields, meaning that I can provide reliable, high-quality language services for sports and sporting events.I provide conference interpreting from Spanish and Portuguese into English for business meetings, press conferences, seminars, presentations and other events. I also provide liaison and public service interpreting, working bidirectionally between English and Spanish or Portuguese for medical appointments and legal consultations.
