At the No Nut Traveler, we help allergy sufferers travel safely and with confidence by providing useful information on airline policies so that they can minimize the risk they face when flying. This site is growing to become a trusted destination for travelers when they need quick access to information on airline travel and food allergen policies. Our mission is to help travelers make an informed decision before purchasing a plane ticket.In addition to creating greater allergy awareness, our site is also becoming a powerful force for change. We seek to push airlines and our government to create procedures that protect passengers. Some airlines are already discovering that these simple-to-implement, yet effective procedures can keep passengers safe. I testified before the NJ Senate Transportation Committee and Senate Resolution 124 urging airline carriers to enact policies concerning nuts on flights was subsequently passed on the NJ Senate floor.
