The Noble Insurance Group was launched in 2019 to build a family of specialist insurance distribution businesses. Focusing initially on the marine market, the group has to date acquired three companies in this space starting with the management buy-in of Noble Marine, a leading pleasurecraft specialist in the UK marine market.Later that year we completed two further complementary acquisitions: Yachtline in October 2019 and WG Yachts in December 2019.These businesses have deep expertise and strong reputations in their core marine markets, built up over many decades of operations. Under Noble Group's ownership, they now also benefit from reinvigorated strategic direction, upgraded technological solutions and enhanced underwriting sophistication.Our vision is to create, both organically and via acquisitions, an integrated network of specialist and leading insurance intermediaries across multiple classes, which:- provide exceptional service to our customers;- are underpinned by underwriting excellence and long term, mutually beneficial insurer partnerships;- are fantastic places for our people to work, where all staff feel valued and part of the growth and success.
