Noble offers casual neighborhood dining, with an upscale atmosphere and hand crafted cocktails. All of our food is prepared in house, from scratch and sourced locally when possible. We offer the famous Chicken Parm Pizza, features on Insider Food, Unilad Grub, Restaurant Hunter and many more. Our family had been in the business of feeding people for as long as I can remember. From our first restaurant in Calabria Italy, opened in 1987 and still in operation today, to producing small batch artisanal salumi products in the Hudson Valley and the most recent venture, Noble Kitchen & Cocktails in Oceanside. We believe that food should start with the most basic and freshest of ingredients. Being first generation Italian, who lived in Italy for most of my childhood, I learned early on that feeding people was a special calling that we could never escape.
