WHO WE ARENoesis Partners Limited (‘Noesis') is a boutique firm that works on the frontlines of international development supporting companies, governments, non-profits and investors on Inclusive Business / Private Sector Development projects. We are uniquely positioned at the intersection of social and commercial business to attract and nurture cognitive capital that increases the sustainability and impact of organisations to their bottom line; be it financial, social or environmental. WHAT WE DOWe support companies to undertake and implement Inclusive Business initiatives (we define Inclusive Business as; ‘Profitably doing business in a way that engages the poor as employees, suppliers or distributors across the value chain, or as customers through the development of affordable products and services that meet the needs of the poor'. We help provide support to businesses aiming to improve both their development impact, as well as their commercial performance, in low income communities. We work with local authorities to adapt and integrate more Inclusive Business practices to achieve greater results on specific investments for local development priorities (infrastructure, service delivery, and economic development) that are based on execution and measured performance. We also work with donor agencies and NGOs to implement Inclusive Business projects.
