Since 2008, Altai Consulting field research team in Afghanistan has become Noma Consulting, an Afghan-led team with a strong experience in field research, data collection and data-processing. Noma Consulting is currently in an incubation process with Altai Consulting, to develop its technical and managerial autonomy while being trained on methodology design and data analysis.Together, Altai Consulting and Noma Consulting teams have complementary skills ranging from strategy consulting and business development to social research, evaluation and market analysis. Our capacity includes more than 15 international staff and 30 national consultants / researchers & data entry officers, as well as a National Network of more than 150 interviewers and coordinators in all Afghan Provinces, and research informants in all Afghan districts.
