NOMICA is the first blockchain-based Incentive Platform and Marketplace for High-scaling Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) Projects.The world's Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) can only be achieved on a global level through highly scalable projects with real, measurable impact.NOMICA enables this for almost any project aimed at achieving the SDGs.The smallest unit of progress towards lasting change is an action: one tree planted, 100 liters of water saved, a microcredit issued, a marine protected area circumnavigated, one emergency shelter built, and so on.Based on this, we are building an ESG platform that incentivizes ESG actions with rewards issued to the one performing or validating the action. Each action is tokenized.That means, we harness the transparency and immutability features of the blockchain to record and validate each action. Aggregating these tokenized actions, we create a superior, fully auditable ESG product representing actions that demonstrably have occurred.Selling these aggregated actions as certificates (using NFTs) provides the liquidity needed to fuel the incentive cycle (the rewards for the actions).The NOMICA protocol is completely project agnostic, it can onboard environmental, social and governance projects, including carbon offsets, air and noise pollution, sustainable fishery, sustainable agriculture, forestry, or community action, development micro-finance, social empowerment; the possibilities are limitless.
