Brought up in an Italian Kitchen with Dad's macaroni gravy and Mom's foccacia, I had to do something in their memory after they passed. Mama used to say 'Oh Sugar' instead of any other profanity and I decided to start 'Oh Sugar' baked goods from scratch.... Nona Che's personalizes it as I am a grandmother (Nona) and my dad always called me Che... so I AM Nona Che. Not currently operating as a profit company, as we are still testing recipes and using friends and family as the testers... it's the journey that makes life 'sweet'.
