NONAGON – Science and Technology Park of S. Miguel is located in São Miguel Island – Azores. It's the first Science and Technology Park in the Archipelago that is composed by nine islands situated in the north Atlantic ocean, between the American and the European continents.Taking advantage of the geo-strategic positioning of the islands, the Science and Technology Park wants to receive international events with the objective of attracting new capital and business ideas that require and promote a creativeenabler environment, pre-existent in these islands.The STP Nonagon model relies on the idea that the Azores region can build a business ecosystems and develop international networking as enablers to the incubating of great projects. The first building of the Nonagon STP will be ready in 2014
