Noor Energy 1 is the project company established to implement the 4th phase of Mohammed bin Rashid Solar Park in Dubai. The project will the largest single site Concentrated Solar Panel (CSP) plant in the world with a capacity of 700MW. The project consist of 100MW Central Tower at a hight of 260m and 600MW PT CSP plant. Noor Energy 1 is owned by ACWA Power and DEWA and will develop the 700MW project under a 35 years Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) in Dubai, UAE. Shanghai Electric is the EPC Contractor and NOMAC is the O&M Operator.
